Bit difficult to appreciate all of your work as the lighting has bleached it a tad. With the flesh tones what is it you’re not happy about? If it’s the recesses the a thinly and controlled application of a wash can help the definition show.

I’d counter point with why would charge and shoot only have a -1 then? Both involve rapid movement why should not charging have a greater penalty? Because you can change direction after youv'e shot... Charging implies that you are charging at the enemy, they would be easier to hit as you are runnin...
