Silly question #473 :oops: ;
Can a general Inspire the unit he is a part of/ commander? And if so, do you test on the general or the champion.
In the rulebook all we found was you had to test on a Commander With lower authority. Couldn't find anything on inspiring your own unit.

Cheers! In our last game, where this came up, the trolls was not weary. We played that they could not move and attack back as an reaction. Only attacking with those who was already engaged. That was brutal for the Trolls.

Thx, I see now that it says after defeated in combat and convulses as an attack result reaction. Somehow i read it as either defeated or convulses. Many thx again for answering.

I think maybe it should be if you engage or are engaged by a terrifying unit, and you are not at least fearsome, you will be afraid anyway, makes sense that you are a bit scared facing the likes of Blood Maw, but you can still attack though with shaky hands, , and if you fail you also flee. Well, I thought i had this one, but getting uncertain; Do you give separate orders to a commander and to each of his units? Or are they under the same order? Ex. Commander is under attack order, unit a is on hold and unit b is under move order?

If a general has joined a unit, and that unit becomes shaken (ex through daunting at the beginning of the Battle), does the general (nobles) become shaken too? And is there any way for the general to change his heart from shaken, other than waiting to get engaged by the enemy and pray that he'll win?

Can't remember reading anywhere that you cant target your own units, but certainly my memory can fail me. So it is still possible to hit my trolls with lightning, but I have to get them engaged and then randomize, correct?

Is there anywhere in the muster rules where it says that ex common (2) becomes just mainstay, not mainstay (2). I dont doubt that this is correct, but it would help a lot to get a referance from the rules. And it would help my list building a lot if common 2 becomes mainstay 2, he he.

So then my example in the first post is correct then ( at least what i tried to show).. All that is required is that the positioning Field either touches head or flank edge, or both. If so, there is a possibility that both players positioning Field overlaps each other.
