I had some thoughts about this during the last few days of the campaign, all be it more towards starter forces for a full game, and looking at it for a quick start force I think you'll likly be right, possibly with 1 fewer characters (so 1 Warlord selection and 1 Warchief, or 2 Warchiefs) Just 1 War...

Tim, which black do you use? I've only seen Red, Grey or White in Halfords as far as primers go, I know they have several Black sprays, but have never been sure which ones are appropriate for priming
