Re: Finished work by popular demand...and daleks.

Lovely, and having seen those I'm far happier about my brutes coming (I think it's just the studio paint scheme I'm not in love with - sorry MM)

Definately an interesting choice of skin tone and hair colouring, but bold and workds really well I think :)

Re: Pro Studio Brushes

It might be down to camera angle, they were taken with my phone, it might also be down to the angle of the ends I'm comparing, I just took another look, and one end looks smaller on the 1 compared to the 2, but there seems to be less of a difference between looking at the other ends. I will say my e...

Re: Typical Quickstarter force

I had some thoughts about this during the last few days of the campaign, all be it more towards starter forces for a full game, and looking at it for a quick start force I think you'll likly be right, possibly with 1 fewer characters (so 1 Warlord selection and 1 Warchief, or 2 Warchiefs) Just 1 War...

Tim, which black do you use? I've only seen Red, Grey or White in Halfords as far as primers go, I know they have several Black sprays, but have never been sure which ones are appropriate for priming :?

though KR doesn't make bulletproof backpack cases now... Doesn't tend to be something we need here in the UK ;) I like the look of Sabol, but unfortunately they don't ship interntaionally and I'm less than inclined to use the Warstore (also explains why I'd not heard of them) Ahh well, onwards to t...

Re: Storage and Transport solutions

True the foam from KR is, well more like foam, but I've never found that to be a problem, might be because I don't throw the cases around though and treat them with some respect lol Interesting thoughts for larger models though, not come across Sabol before, might have a look. Never really been a fa...

Storage and Transport solutions

Hi all I was just wondering, how are people (those of us who intend on gaming that is) planning on transporting our models around? I think with the scale being slightly larger than normal I'm going to see how the infantry sized models fit in KR's half width 18 compartment 1/3 depth trays, and then h...

I think I've got a bargin level from Godslayer, but it really has streched me so soon after Darklands. Hell Dorado I'm still thinking about, I might just pick up the KS mini (and likely a starter st as well if im doing that) just because I like rare minis, and it seems like it's t that easy to find ...

The Khthones are very pretty and tempting, but suprisingly still only 6th in the bestsellers list for the sets, the poor Ysian brutes propping up the rear with the Tarvax charging out ahead.

I'm still wonding if I can squeeze Krull in

I'd definately say get the alt helmed Penda as he's going to be hard to get if you want him after (and as I've ordered him, I'm bound to say that) I was trying to ballance my forces too, but I'm holding off on the Werewulfa unit until the next KS, so there is always going to be some discrepancy in m...

Re: Kickstarter haul - who's got what coming?

I'm fighting the temptation to max out the Angelcynn so they will be somewhat competitive with the Norse, but I think it is best that I wait until the next KS and see what I can get in a Angelcynn Monstrous Infantry Starter. I will probably drop Cearl on the off-chance that he will be the champion ...
