Mierce Miniatures

Baintacc, Chaagmuth on Boar and Maaru were waiting for me this morning when I got into work. So super excited to build these bad boys.

On first inspection the casting quality is through the roof, apart from the 60mm base which looks wonky and not perfectly circular...

so the rewards aren't even closed and you've already got some of yours? that's nice. I'm still waiting on mantic's 2nd phase and bones, so getting most of my darklands stuff in may or june (minus angrislaug) would sure be sweet.

I think these are just stopgap bases while they gear up to produce "proper" bases I guess like Warmachine has?

The bigger plastic bases haven't arrived yet, only the 30mm ones. These are still the resin bases that will be replaced by the plastic ones.

Drop me/us a line when we announce we get the plastic 60mm bases in and I'll make sure you get sent some out - the resin bases aren't ideal and we're expecting the plastic (60mms, larger sizes later)in next week.

Same goes for everyone - we're itching to get those plastics in!

Just finished rebasing my Melusines, Carrowek, Ulric and the Rose. Time to start cleaning up Talos, is there a rough date for the 120mm bases yet?

Trimming and cleaning first

First few models built for the most part (delicate bits left off for now) paint pot was the only thing available at the time for scale.

I'm so glad I have Typhaggaw and Mjagnir incoming aswell
