Now, does the Ravenhelm for the Erilaz has the same special rules as the one for the Gythja? It isn't mentioned in the profile of the former, but in the Gythja's profile it also just says "Ravenhelm".

I like it. Had considered doing something similar, especially as the winged stuff looks so good.

As the the Ravenhelm question, I'd say it doesn't have the same rules as there is precedent for items having the same name but different rules. Spears on nobles of then give greater bonus to the M+P than on the units for example.

Regarding the Ravenhelm, no it doesn't I'm afraid. If it did, it would say so.
