When goading a non Feral unit eg Auxilia Beastiarius with hippoxus can you pick the Infuriate result and make them frenzied?

I did I just wanted to double check as I was unsure if non feral could be made frenzied

I am loathe to criticise because I am all for double checking things, but if it's there in black and white... surely it doesn't need double checking...?!?
