Burrower Emerge Test Skill

If you have a mixed skill unit, such as a bound unit of Skorpion Minor and Major, which skill do you take the test on?

I have read through the Emerge Action and can't seem to see a qualifier. I assume its based of majority but would want to check.
One Hundred Minis Challenge 2018 - 127/100
One Hundred Minis Challenge 2019 - 128/100
One Hundred Minis Challenge 2020 - 100/100
One Hundred Minis Challenge 2021 - 12/100
