Ok, scenario you have an invoker joined to a bunch of infantry where they go he goes on a single activation..

So say on activation the Invoker invokes a buffing Focus invoke to maybe increase damage output of the infantry it is joined to, but has no need to invoke against itself..

Can the Invoker, Focus invoke just against the infantry it is joined with or does it have to Focus invoke against the whole joined unit, itself included?

In either case when Focus Invoking who Temper to Temper is being invoked against?

I'm guessing if the entire unit including itself then it is Invokers Temper vs Invokers Temper, rolling on 5s, of if the infantry only, rolling Invokers Temper vs Infantry Temper.. Some clarity required on this please...

It depends if the invocation says "Entire Mark". If it doesn't, you can choose what's affected in the unit; if it does, it's everybody in the unit.

The highest TEMPER in the unit.

Correct. It is all there in the rulebook.

So I am assuming that if the Invoke does not state Entire Mark then it will be a Majority Mark, even if it doesn't state Majority Mark either...

OK, same Invoke, states;

Rules: Once per Mark

Does this mean once per activation or once per hour, which are essentially that same thing, or once per battle?

Specific invoke is Swift as Wulf for Anglecynn..

Just found the Once per Mark Rule in the Book, simply means that they cannot be Invoked for the same effects whilst the first Invoke is still active..

On the former, will take it that if not specifically stating Entire Mark, then it means Majority Mark..

If it doesn't state entire mark or majority mark, it means however many warriors from the unit that's in range.

Once per mark... you've found it.
