Mustering Characters

Question on Mustering..

Example, I muster Penda as the Anglecynn General - Authority 95, could I then muster 2 Joanna's as commanders, Authority 94, and each Joanna could muster her own command, and each Joanna upon activation could act independently of the other?

Or with the Atalantes, mustering Strategos as General, Authority 89, and muster 2 Kynigos's as Commanders, Authority 78?

I cant see anything on the Muster Rules which states that Characters can only be mustered once.

unless they have a special entry in the muster lists (like Carrowek) then they just are just a miniature of that type - so I could take all the Caitríns I have as different Taoiseach for example with their own commands.

Or have I misunderstood the question?

So I cannot muster more than 1 Unique Ubiquity Character that is the same, so trying to muster 2 Carroweks would not work as they are Unique Ubiquity, but I could muster more than 1 Augur-Drune as they are only Rare Ubiquity?

Would that work for Ulric the Defiler, he is only an Uncommon Ubiquity character but he is a named character, so could I muster more than 1 Ulric?

Ulric must be mustered together with the Rose. As the Rose is a unique character I don't think you'll be able to muster more than 1 Ulric either (don't know why Rob didn't just make him unique either)

As for mustering the other commanders, you can.
Most of those ubiquities are from a previous ruleset where there was a hard-cap on the amount of rares etc. you could take in a host

Your characters still count towards the ubiquity limit for the command so you need to keep that in mind

I thought you ignored their ubiquity if they were mustered as a commander or a General, hence you caould have to Rares in one command as long as one of them is the commander.

Sorry I misread the question as under a single command.

Yeah you can have as many of the same commander you wish, you could even take the same warlord twice with one being the general.
