Mierce Miniatures

For spells like Animate, Summon Demon and Morraine Warriors, are the summoned entities lively or alert when summoned, and what orders are they on when they are summoned?

Lively. I do need to add this into any animation invocations, if they're not already there.

Oh yes, sorry. Whatever orders their commander is; so whatever orders the wizard creating them is under.

Although I'm pretty certain that if your 'On Hold' wizard summoned, animated, created...whatever a Frenzied creature then this would and should be on Attack Orders regardless of what orders the summoner, animator, creator is on..

That’s the exception to the rule

Correct, frenzied units are subject to the compulsory orders rule.
