Muster rules - possible errata

Kindred musters say "Up to 5% of a X host's cost may be spent on [Artefacts]". This conflicts with the muster rules, which state that the Artefact Limit is "up to 10% of the host cost".

muster rules section 1.1.2.3 references 1.2.7.6, which is no longer part of the book. muster rules section 1.1.2.4 references 1.2.7.5, which is no longer part of the book.

Yeah, should be 10%!! I'll change that where I see it.

Also, good spot for the references, I'll sort that out too.
