Incorrect rule numbering?

Page 103. The cover section is described as 3.7.4 but I think it should be 3.7.5 as the previous section beginning on page 99 on line of sight is numbered 3.7.4 already. The issue then continues through page 103 onto page 104 with claiming cover, lower cover and ignores cover being described as 3.7.4.1, 3.7.4.2, 3.7.4.3 when I believe they should be numbered 3.7.5.1, 3.7.5.2, 3.7.5.3
