Thrown Warrior Template

Postby Jonathon Chester » Tue May 29, 2018 11:43 am

Question more for Rob, when you throw a grabbed warrior or a dead warrior token it is supposed to be a 1" template modified by the size of model being thrown.

What template do you use for this? Got a new player wanting to make use of this mechanic with his Erainn Trees
One Hundred Minis Challenge 2018 - 127/100
One Hundred Minis Challenge 2019 - 128/100
One Hundred Minis Challenge 2020 - 100/100
One Hundred Minis Challenge 2021 - 12/100

Have a look at the kickstarter project with object tokens; they're on there, so you can print them out to size and use those.

apologies Rob I meant I was after the dead warrior crush template. Hadn’t realised there were tokens!

Ah right. No, not done those yet, you'll have to improvise. All you really need to do is use a base that's the correct strength.

I just use the pig crush template, since that seems the closest thing.

Not necessarily as what I take from Rob you will have a bigger template for the bigger warriors

Have you seen the size of that piggy! Really though as Rob says I think you'll just have to go with an improvisation. My problem with using a base is, what then is the splash area vs the crush hole?

To be honest I think you're getting into the realms of 'don't do it'...

Until I get the time to do the templates it's always going to be guesswork.

Cheers
Rob
