Norse Lightening Sight Invocations

Contradiction in rules seems to have occurred when reviewing the Invocations of the Norse.

Both Lightening Invocations that are Sight Invocations say that they can be used on Friendly Units, yet the Rule book pg255 under 6.40.3.1.1 Sight Invocations when determining the Marked Unit states that Friendly Units may NEVER be selected as the Marked Unit under any circumstances.

So which is it?

Should there be a new Lightening Invocation for the Norse that is a Focus Invocation which can be used on Friendly Units?

Muster rules override rulebook. It was added not so long ago for the specific purpose of healing your trolls.

Thanks for letting us know, thought it was the case but figured I'd ask just in case.

Absolutely. It's also in the rulebook - see p12... although, typically, they're the wrong way around. They should be 3,2,1, not 1,2,3 - but you get the drift.
