Werwulf Wiglere Beckon Invocation

Hi Guys, some questions on the Beckon invocation for the Werwulf Wiglere;
1. The Initital Price is 8+, but on the instructions for Beckoning it states that the Initial Price is different for each type of Wulf beckoned, so does this mean that the Initial Price is 8 and then add on thereafter the price of each unit to be beckoned, for instance, Beckoning 5 Freawulf at 4 each would be 20 for the unit + the Initial Price of 8 so equals 28 in Total, or is the Total Price just 20 for the unit?
2. Does the Beckon Invocation count towards the Sorcerer actions, of which the Wiglere has 3?
3. Can the Beckon Invocation be used more than once in an activation?
4. When rolling the Invoke Dice is the Wiglere rolling against the Temper of Battlefield at the point where he wants to position the Beckoned Unit, or something else?
