Question about the hound master option for battle drunes

So the houndmaster option equips a battle drune with an axe and a whip. It also downgrades hound drunes attached to the houndmaster from feral to wild and increases their unit size. The question is should the hound masters whip have the goad special rule. I think it probably should but then thats because I want to use this unit as a uber chaff option to hunt down loan 30mm characters with extreme prejudice.
Which is to say I'm completely unbiased and you should definitely change the rules because I'm asking nicely o.O
