Are the dragons only located in the lands of the Brythoniaid or are there others? I believe there are dragons in Norse mythology too so curious if they are more wide spread.
Also if they are more wide spread doe they only breath fire or other projectiles?

This is a tough one really because while pretty much every culture has some sort of dragon of legend knocking about, it would lead to too much confusion if every kindred had them.
So the answer is no, only the Welsh will get them.
