Is the Atalantes architecture the same as the ancient greek buildings, or is it mixed with styles from other civilisations they might have influenced (I think at the egyptian priest mentioned by Plato) ?

Pretty much, yes; it wouldn't mix with other civilisations as they wouldn't have had that much contact (and they'd be pretty arrogant).
