Vras species and interactions

the molerat fellas are the most ubiquitous, but how do they interact with the other species that work with the vras, like the badger and weasel fellas. Also you said that the molerat was their shift but they can’t turn back, is that the same for the others mentioned, and is there any humans left in their ranks?

I presume you mean by that what they think of them and how they work together, yes?

A loose alliance of clans that have similar outlooks - they have similar enemies and friends, effectively. There's no love lost between the various races, of course, but they'll still work together for a common cause, whatever that may be. At the end of the day, for some of these creatures, the promise of a fight is enough!

I'm not sure if I've said this before but the were-rats - the Vras - are born as such rather than shifting; sometimes a human pops out, sometimes a Vras (whether the mother / father are both Vras or not - a tip: don't think about the other computations, you'll go blind). If it's a Vras mother, these days the human is killed; if a human mother, the Vras is killed.

It's the Franks' dirty little secret... well, not so secret any more...

Before the Christians came along, the Franks were like the other shifters: happy enough in themselves. Christianity brought shame to them of course, rather like the Northumbras and Seaxna.

The were-badgers and were-weasels are exactly the same as the other Vras... children of the Franks.

Cheers
