I really like the scheme you e gone with your army mate. Lovely colour palette and so cleanly done.
Thanks Jonathon, truth is that being neat is pretty much the key to most good-looking schemes. It's also the part I find hardest as I tend to go overboard sometimes. You can know all the best colour combinations and complicated blending techniques (and these do help to some extent), but if you can't hold a careful brush-line it doesn't amount to much.
I like the blue on that Wocor by the way.

I’m just not patient enough I think that’s why drybrusing is so common in my painting.
Thanks, thought I’d go for something different than my usual colours with the Brythoniaid

Try this one scott:
https://imgbb.com/You want to use the drop down box after uploaded and use the BBcode full linked option and copy the first of the two links it gives.

That's linking a page, not the image. You need to do this:

As the owner of the image (and if you've logged in), there should be an option to copy a BBcode link.
It should look something like this, the button you want to click is circled in red:

Thanks to Scott for asking and thanks to Icchan for explaining as this is something that me and James have been puzzling over recently.
Expect a few of my poorly lit, reduced contrast pictures soon(ish) folks. Youve been warned

You know I made a mistake in the 2018 one, when tallying up my painted I forgot to add in the manticore, which puts me at 128 for last year I think. (Your signature reminded me).

Considering you said you aren't that patient I think your freehand designs, like that banner, are on point. Nice work Jonathon!

Cheers Andy! I do lack a bit of patience but with the banner I spent the time sketching out the rough blocks of red, add the lines of black then started the process of neatening the bases colours then highlighting. Often I have to fix my freehand as I get an uneven line.

Finally finished my archers, perhaps a bit rushed at the end to get them done before I go back to work, but at least I now have 40 painted:
Now I've just got to do my other 20 ax drunes...

Some more lovely work Andy. How many minis does that put you on this year?
I’ve got Morag and a uchelwr to post when I get some light!

Assuming I've got it right, I'm at 97 I think.
