One advise, maybe could be better if you mix your paint with some more water.

I like what you have achieved, maybe you could thin your paints a little to help make the skin smoother next time. Also, the base is a little random, maybe make it a little more realistic, use it to help tell the story of your miniature. Really great though,thanks for posting.
