MM, is there a way to do this without linking to a website? A 'browse' function like you have for adding the avatar would be gteat for computer numpties like me!

I use Photobucket which is free and just paste in the IMG code each pic offers you on there.

Try the following.

Code: Select all

and it should work just fine.

Alternatively, you can click the Img button in the editor and paste the URL in between. :)

I've been trying the second way. How do I tell if I have the whole url? Could that be the problem?

The URL should end with the file type, for example .JPG, anything after that can be ignored. When it is right it will look something like this:

Then if you hit preview and then scroll up it will show you how the post will look complete with picture.
As I always say. At the end of the day.................it goes dark :-)

from the html page you're looking at with the picture on it, right click on the picture and select copy image url. paste that between the img brackets and that's it.

this image url is:
http://www.wampforum.com/gallery/images ... 401340.jpg

sure thing! looking good btw ;)

MM really has some nice space wolf/chaos type of characters. i got maagaan a year ago as a rune priest, and he's great. being able to re-use him in darklands is a nice bonus too.

I wouldn't have thought of that but now you say it, it seems obvious. Did you use a backpack of any kind?

nah, the way the model is, it's just easier to use the pelt/cloak provided. you don't even notice he doesn't have a pack.
