any ideas on size comparison (historical)

Postby demyse » Thu Aug 04, 2016 11:59 am

Hi guys

I know there are some pics flying around of size comparisons for Mierce models, but does anyone have any shots of rank and file human Mierce guys compared to historical ranges?
something like the Byzantii to Warlord Games or Norse to Gripping Beast?

thanks

I don´t have my Byzantii with me yet (only a Demurion, but he is bigger than the normal Legionaries) but I assume that the Legionaries themselves will be in scale with the Brythoniaid that I already have here.

I don´t have Gripping Beast Miniatures, so I can unfortunatly not provide a comparison to them, but compared to the Warlord Romans the Mierce Miniatures are taller and slimmer.

The Miniatures in my collection that come close to the Proportions are GW´s Lord of the Rings Miniatures, and even here the Bryths are a bit taller (the Character on the left is slightly bigger than the other LotR Miniatures).

Hope it helps!
