Re-engaging
Lets say a unit of 5 trolls and a troll king is engaged with a unit. Only 3 and the king of the trolls has enough space to attack, the other 2 is lurking behind, not within range of the enemy. When the king has made his attack the front row of the enemy is dead, thus they need to Re-engage. If possible, could i then bring in those 2 warriors who was not in range at the beginnig? Maybe a poor excample...

Yes, absolutely. Just Attack Move those guys first, if you can.

Re: Re-engaging
No, he's talking about re-engaging if you have warriors that haven't fought (or combat weapons that haven't been used). This stops the conga line.
So, the front rank slaughters the enemy, no enemy to fight and they can't Attack Move back in, and some warriors have yet to fight. Thus, they re-engage.
Get me?

Sort of.
Think I need to put some models on the table and reason it through with a rule book as in my head it still sounds like it could be abused to give extra movement.
Always easier to see things like this in 'action'

Re: Re-engaging
It works well enough James, we've tested it a few times. It's designed to stop the conga line.
