Black Staff of Toraigh states it gives the barer -1 pace. If he's on a mount would that take one off the mounts pace instead or would it just be the sorcerer themselves that get the -1.

Probably a silly question but do unseen units block line of sight? From reading the line of sight rules it would suggest they do...but that seems a bit odd.
