Help! Trying to put a host together and bit doing well.

Hey all,
I've been trying to put a host together and work out what to buy next and it is not going well!
My miniature list is as follows.
Oghurithne warlord or chief
5 oghurithne with 2 swords
3 oghurithne hunters
Oghurithne channeller
Oghur uhmaer
5 oghur
Ciniod on foot and on aurogg
20 gairlom
10 elbharu
2 wizards
Savage oghuruc
Oghurigg

I'm thinking of getting the big giant and possibly gairmorlom.
Having trouble with the % split in realms and getting everything in.
If anybody could give me some advice or a base host list that would be awesome. Or just what to get next.
I normally play Ysian so don't have any realm issues.

Unless you have a lot of humans from Fortriu, you'll likely have to have a general from Cait as it's easier to fill your % with bigger lads.
The only real downside of that is you may lack a little authority .

I'll take a closer look at you collection and work out a potential list tonight.

I would suggest something along the lines of:

Oghurithne Mormaer with the 5 Ohurithne as his sworn unit and the 3 Oghurithne hunters bound to them and the Savage Oghurruc as a petitioned (or get an Oghurond instead).
Oghur uhmaer and the 5 oghur as his sworn.
Ciniod on foot as Camaer with Gairlom as his sworn and Elbharu as his pledged. You could bind the Oghurigg to him too and add some extra punch to the unit.

The Oghurithne Channeller could use some Goghu to tie down a flank or tie up some big stuff. (Get at least 2 if you can afford them.)

You can probably get an Oghurond in there too (have him as a petitioned unit for either the Oghur uhmaer or the Oghurithne Mormaer).

I was thinking along the same.
A human horde would look very cool but would be a pain to play.
It's a shame I can't get the aurogg in the list, but for smaller demo games I should.

After a good few hours of host building I have come up with a couple.

Host 1 This host is working with what ive got with a small addition of a Giant and stone beast.

Host 2. This would be perfect apart from the cost in £'s to get. Unfortunately I'm short on cash this month or this would of been the one. Even with the summer sale this works out around the £190 mark. With GT costs this month.

Host 3. With a lot of work I have got a human hist sorteed out I think. This might be the one I go for. I like infantry.

All 3 host will need to be tweaked to fit in Artifacts and and balance out silver cost. The Human list cuts it fine, I would need to add around 80 silver of Artifacts to get the 50% Fortriu

I like that 3rd list (from Fortiu). It might lack some big guys and hitting power but those 2 blocks of spears that can shieldwall will be tough to move, just watch out for template-using magic.

You'll be light on earthing and redirection with so few oghu stones in there too. Instead of artifacts to get you to your % limits try fitting in another magic user.
If that's not an option, a few more elbharu never hurts (well, never hurts you, your opponents may think differently) that'll bulk up your Fortiu contingent and add some surprisingly nasty fire power.

Host 2 does look fun. I'm (slowly) working towards having an 'all big guy' muster for Albainn myself.
