Werbera Thegn - Compel, Influence, and Kinsman

The Werbera Thegn has his muster abilities Compel, Influence, and Kinsman attached to his bear form, but he starts the battle in human form. Am I correct in assuming that these abilities can be used during mustering? Beowa, another Gesceap, has his muster abilities attached to his human form.

The Werbera Thegn should have Compel, Influence and Kinsman to both forms. Bear in mind 2nd edition is changing how mustering works so it'll be immediately apparent what he can / can't Compel / Influence, etc.
