Per the rule "fire of old" on Cadwaladr the Blessed's sword ; are the fire tokens attached from this effect applied in addition to the fire effect tokens from the weapon's innate "fire damage" ability, or instead of?

Effectively, does a fated strike from this weapon apply 2 or 3 fire damage tokens?
