Incredible Strike/Parry

I found these rules mentioned in the Kthones muster (snakeskull helm and mark of ýdron) but can't seem to find mention of them in the main rules. What do they do?

Ah, good spot - it's actually Mordant (for incredible strike) and Thwart (for incredible parry) these days...
