Whats happens with their shoot dice
Its got the shots per crew rule and the charged weapon rule
So is it a case of it gets 3 shots per crew for 6 total and if it does, it'll get 6 shot die turn 1, 5 shot die turn 2, and then 1 shot dice turn 3 (including recharged dice at the end of the turn)

Or just a flat 3?

Having looked into this, I don't there's an issue.

You get three shoot dice from the crew + champion, which is the maximum for a charged weapon. So you can basically use it three times before you have to wait for a charge.

Obviously this may change if it proves rubbish on the battlefield. Get playtesting!
