Host Command

How exactly does the Host Command work? Does the General in effect have "two" commands that he can field or is it something else? Thanks for the help out, lol.

If memory serves you muster a general then you can muster characters with the host ... Under him. For example a brythoniaid teryn can have a bard and uchelwr with the bannerman upgrade under him. These characters are unique in that they can all join certain units where as usually they wouldn't so in this instance all three could join a unit of teulu mustered under the general.

It's on page 4 of the Muster Rules:

"The host's general may muster another command of his own, called a host command, as well as the general's command. A host command is a command just like any other, except that the members of a host command can only be drawn from the following Host Command List... [command list]".
