StaggerLee actually finished something thread.

Postby staggerlee » Thu May 29, 2014 6:58 pm

Hi all! Starting this thread with hope that it will be filled with painted norse, fomoraic and khtones minis. First up is Mjagnir. He got a bit more green tint on the photo than irl. Should have had more contrast either on the base or on the miniature itself. But i declare him finished and move on to the pile of resin waiting for some paint.

Very nice!

That's one of my favorite miniatures (Ha! Hardly miniature!) from Mierce - and you've done him justice!

Love the scenic elements on the base too - well done!

Thx, Alpharius. Here is Blood Maw, very fun and quick paint ( maybe too quick).

Looks great and not rushed at all! The skin and maw turned out great and very natural looking.
Personally I would have just given the claws another highlight, but that may be personal taste.

Great job over all and a gorgeous model. Maybe I should paint mine too ;)

I agree, the paintjob looks great and not rushed. It got a very natural feel to it (Blood-Maw, natural?!). :)
