I found this quite interesting: https://www.siocast.com/
I've been told that Corvus Belli, the creators of Infinity the Game have bought the company and are planning on producing some of their largest minis with this new technique. It's no secret that metal prices have been skyrocketing in the last few years, so mini manufacturers are forced to look for alternative materials and methods. This one looks quite promising (as long as it also doesn't include a drop in quality) as the production pipeline is practically the same as when making metal miniatures, the plastic is non-toxic and can even be recycled.

They've been in touch with us, but there's no way we can afford their prices I'm afraid.

Ah well, it's not that big of a deal, your special deals are so affordable anyway. And there's no equal in quality.
